Ingredients

- 1 cup mango pulp (ripe Alphonso is best; tinned pulp works year-round)
- 2–4 tbsp sugar, to taste
- a little milk or water, to thin
- a pinch
- ice (optional)
Steps
- 1.Blend the yogurt, mango pulp, sugar, a little milk and the ice until smooth.
- 2.Adjust sweetness and thickness.
- 3.Chill; dust with cardamom.
